What's the difference between one-time upgrades and PRO subscription?

The PRO subscription is a monthly payment that lets you upgrade multiple gatherings to Premium, and those gatherings stay premium even if you cancel. The subscription also provides monthly quota resets for new premium upgrades.

Absolutely! You can upgrade any gathering from Free to Plus or Premium at any time. You can also subscribe to PRO to upgrade gatherings more efficiently if you manage multiple events.
