Objective
Everyone holds up ten fingers. One at a time you name something you have genuinely never done, and anyone who has done it puts a finger down. The last person with a finger up wins, though nobody really plays for the win.

How to Play
- Sit in a circle. Everyone holds up ten fingers.
- The first player says "Never have I ever..." and finishes it with something true about themselves.
- Everyone who has done it puts one finger down. This is where the group asks for the story.
- Play passes to the left. Keep going until one person still has a finger up.
- Knocked-out players keep answering. The stories are the point, not the scoreboard.

Pro Tips
- Aim at what you know about the room. "Never have I ever missed a flight" beats a generic statement every time.
- Keep it kind. A wedding crowd spans three generations, so save the sharp ones for a smaller group later in the night.
- If the circle goes quiet, switch to themed rounds: travel, school, work, food.

Variations
- Themed deck: write twenty statements on cards before the event and pass the stack around. Nobody has to think on the spot.
- Two teams: one team writes the statements, the other answers. Good for work events where nobody wants to go first.
- Photo round: whenever someone puts a finger down, they show the photo on their phone that proves it.

- How many people do you need?
- Three works, eight to twelve is the sweet spot. Above thirty the circle gets slow, so split into two groups.
- What if nobody wants to start?
- Start yourself with something harmless and true. One honest answer from the host and the rest follows.
- Does it work at a work event?
- Yes, with one rule agreed up front: statements stay about hobbies, travel and food. Say it out loud before you begin and nobody has to police it.
